1. Educational purpose and medical disclaimer

All content on this Site — including the interactive Body Tension Map, the somatic tension and postural profiles, the nervous system regulation materials, and all related educational protocols — is provided for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, injury, or clinical mental health pathology.

The Body Tension Map is an educational tool, not a diagnostic instrument. You should maintain your primary medical and psychological care relationships and consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

2. Ownership of content

All content on this Site is the original intellectual property of Lauralee Henry and is protected by United States and international copyright law. This includes, without limitation:

  • the interactive Body Tension Map, its structure, its tension-point placements, and its underlying design;
  • the thirteen somatic tension and postural profiles and all accompanying text;
  • the educational protocols, program curricula, and methodology descriptions;
  • the nervous system regulation materials, charts, and diagrams;
  • all text, images, graphics, layout, and design elements of the Site.

Nothing on this Site is dedicated to the public domain. No licence or right of use is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

3. Permitted use

You may view, read, and use this Site for your own personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may share links to pages on this Site.

4. Prohibited use

Except with my prior written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, display, or transmit any part of the Site’s content;
  • modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content, including the Body Tension Map or the tension profiles;
  • use any content for commercial purposes, including in your own practice, product, training, or client materials;

5. Trademarks and brand

“Integrated Neurosomatic Education”, “LNH&JC”, “Mind, Body & Spirit Reconnect”, and associated logos and program names are used to identify my services. They may not be used without my prior written permission.

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other material through this Site, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and that you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and use it in connection with my services. Enrollment in any educational series or program constitutes an investment in self-directed wellness education and stress-management coaching, as set out in the disclaimer shown alongside pricing. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (such as PayPal), whose own terms and privacy policies apply. I am not responsible for the practices of third-party payment providers.

8. Third-party links

This Site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not under my control, and I am not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

9. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will produce any particular outcome.
