Services: Body Tension Map and Somatic Education Programs

I teach individuals how to identify and voluntarily release chronic tension and nervous system patterns that traditional methods often overlook.

Use the body map below to map where your body holds chronic tension, stress, or bracing — and discover how your nervous system may be maintaining these habitual holding patterns.

📌 Note: This interactive map is an educational tool designed to help you identify localized neuromuscular tension patterns. It is not a medical diagnostic tool and does not provide physical therapy or clinical healthcare assessments.

This map highlights common patterns of tension to serve as an entry point for our work together; it is not a comprehensive medical atlas. If you do not see your specific area of discomfort represented here, please know that I am fully equipped to address tension throughout the entire body. If your area of concern is not on this map, please schedule a consultation so we can discuss your unique needs.

What to Expect

My six-week and eight-week somatic education series are structured learning programs designed to teach you how to manage chronic tension patterns and cultivate long-term physical ease.

Why We Start with Education: Training the Brain

True structural relief cannot occur without conscious awareness. When you can mentally map and visualize the specific muscles being addressed — such as the erector spinae in the lower back — you bridge the gap between your mind and your physical body.

How Regulated Are You — check your state below. Regulated: calm, present, easy to talk to, relaxed posture; feeling safe, grounded, clearheaded. Mildly Dysregulated: restless, easily distracted, slightly tense; racing thoughts, low-level anxiety. Dysregulated: fidgety, irritable, reactive; panic, racing heart, feeling overwhelmed. Very Dysregulated: highly distressed, aggressive or shut down; feeling unsafe, helplessness. Chronically Dysregulated: constant fatigue, disconnected, flat affect; hopelessness, numbness, deep exhaustion. Each state is paired with how my integrated approach helps. The “Hidden Cost” of High Performance

The nervous system is never static; it is constantly shifting based on your environment, movement, and daily stress. While the Body Tension Map above details chronic pain patterns, physical pain is not the only indicator of a guarded system.

For leaders and high-performers, nervous system bracing is often silent — manifesting as reduced cognitive clarity, rigid movement, or “off” physical sensations that you may have learned to ignore.

Why this matters:

  • Silent Bracing: Even without pain, chronic tension drains your cognitive reserves and impacts decision-making.
  • Reduced Performance: A guarded system limits your ability to communicate with precision and composure under pressure.
  • The Myth of “Fine”: Ignoring subtle rigidity keeps your physiology locked in a cycle of reactivity rather than proactive leadership. A regulated nervous system does not return to balance automatically.

Whether you are addressing chronic pain or looking to optimize your leadership capacity by resolving hidden nervous system guarding, I provide the intentional, evidence-based support required to restore your baseline.

Ready to Restore Your Baseline?

I offer both one-on-one sessions and intensive workshops to help you resolve the physiological guarding that limits your potential. Select the path that fits your goals:

  • Book an Individual Session: Tailored, one-on-one interventions for specific pain patterns or private performance optimization.
  • Book a Workshop: Intensive, guided sessions to master the mechanics of your internal state and nervous system regulation.
